This list will give you lots of ideas and (hopefully) help you make a decision.
Not only will I list the  types of digital products you can sell, but I’m also going to show you real  examples of these products already being sold!

Information Based Products

1. Training Programs:
Wisdom Window is a content membership site that requires members to pay to get in, and if you so choose, continued payment is required (monthly or whatever) to have access.
This type of site should contain permanent content and ongoing content creation. The permanent content gives members something to do once they get inside, while the ongoing content keeps them paying every month.

2. Ebooks:
Ebooks are still a great way to get paid from your writing efforts. Ebooks are a great way to package your knowledge to help your customers solve a particular problem.
Many content providers try selling an ebook first to test the market. They’re not as difficult to put together as a full blown video training course, so it’s less “risky.”

3. Audio Program:

We love recording audio products.  You can easily put together a $20 program in a weekend.  All you need is a recording software like Adobe Audition, a USB condenser microphone, and a problem your readers want to solve. Record 3 or 4 audio sessions giving away the solution to this problem and package it nicely.

4. Video Training Course:
Video training programs are a bit harder to create. They require more time, energy and lots of patience. Today’s technology allows us to create great videos with much more ease, but the challenge is still in editing and producing a high quality product.
You can use screen capture software where you’re talking over a powerpoint presentation. You can record live action videos or you can do both. It’s totally up to you.

5. Multimedia Program:
This is basically a combination of all the other types of courses. A multimedia program should consist of audio sessions, downloadable PDF worksheets, reports, checklists, and video content.  Some of the programs we've seen also offer access to a private community of members where why can interact with each other and ask questions. This type of program takes the most work, by far … but you can also charge more money. (depending on your market of course)

Everyone acknowledges that they could live in more power and peace of mind if they had control of their finances. The question becomes why don’t you have control over your finances? Do you fall prey to these assumptions:

•  You only need to manage money if you make a lot
•  You can’t afford financial help or advice from a professional
• That it’s normal to be in debt
• Riches are out of reach to me
• You have to be smart or some guru to be good with finances
• You don’t make enough money
• Tomorrow and retirement will somehow workout
• You have to choose between lifestyle and saving

You have money, it may be a lot or a little, but if you are reading this, you have money.  The issue is not having it,  it is an issue of “using” or “managing” it.  If all you have is $5.00 it still has to be managed.  What you choose to do with that  five dollars does matter!  The truth is the smaller amount you have, the better manager you need to be. If you find yourself saying words like”I don’t have any money” as a reason  or excuse for not living the way you want,  I want you to  STOP and ask yourself if what you are really saying is, “I don’t want to talk or be accountable for my current money situation”.  Your words will become a self fulfilling prophecy.  You get what you speak and expect.  If you want to take control of your finances you must speak it.  You can use phrases such as:  “I choose to use my money for other things right now”, ” I have other priorities that are more important to me at this time and I am using my money to satisfy those priorities”. Do not become the victim of your money, you are seeking control  not powerlessness. If you want to take control of your finances it all starts with an awareness. Be aware of where you are in life.  Be aware of other options and information that broadens your choices.  Be awareness of your financial numbers and the story they tell.  Be aware of your relationship with money. Most people fall into three general financial profiles:

• You spend above your means
• You spend just what you have
• You spend less than your means.

There have been studies done which show that 90% of the world’s wealth is held by 10% of the population, and that even if this wealth were redistributed equally, it would be back in the hands of the 10% within seven years.  This illustrates that most people would find it difficult to change their normal spending habits. The first skill that must be mastered to  guarantee personal financial health is your spending habits.  Once you become aware,  action is necessary.  Taking different actions repeatedly, each day, even when its’ tough results in new habit patterns. People often say that they want to take control of their finances, save more money, or get out of debt, but if you haven’t yet made a plan or commitment to change, NOW is the time!

Happy Pioneer Day to Our Friends in Utah!

Pioneer Day is an official holiday celebrated on July 24 in Utah, with some celebrations in regions of surrounding states originally settled by Mormon Pioneers.  It commemorates the arrival of Brigham Young, and the first group of Mormon pioneers into the Salt Lake Valley on July 24, 1847, where the Latter-day Saints settled after being forced from Nauvoo, Illinois, and other locations in the United States.  

Parades, fireworks, rodeos, and other festivities help commemorate the event. Similar to July 4, most governmental offices, and many businesses are closed on Pioneer Day.  At Wisdom Window, we believe in the pioneering spirit of entrepreneurs and celebrate our heritage!

Sylvester Henry Earl arrived in the Salt Lake Valley on July 24, 1847 with Brigham Young.  He is our Marketing Director, Heidi Totten's great-great-grandfather!

About Thom & Tresta Neil

We are the happy parents of eight wonderful children. Thom is from New Hampshire and served a mission in Italy.  I am from New Mexico and served a mission in Holland.  We met while working at a nursing home in Provo, Utah before my mission.  Thom wrote me on my mission and then married me shortly after I returned.  After we had 4 children (in 41/2 years) Thom brought up the idea of homeschooling and I thought he was absolutely crazy!! After attending a few homeschooling conferences I decided to try it and we've never looked back.

While Teaching my children, I gained an education I never received in high school or college.  I feel smart.  Now we teach others how to organize their learning, their papers and how to make notebooks with their children while building relationships.  :)

Thom has likewise always maintained a love of learning. Several years ago he turned his attention to public speaking and mentoring. He has had many opportunities to continue his education studying presentation, body language, and mentoring. He loves to share these gifts daily. Thom is an enthusiastic, passionate, loyal husband to Tresta and dad to eight amazing children. He introduced homeschooling to his family and has encouraged its success in their home.  Enthusiasm for life's good, passion for his family and trust in the Lord led him through the darkest of valleys including his son's liver failure and transplantation.  His experiences give him insight into the eyes of those he mentors. With his passion for learning and continued education from life, he inspires other men, women and their children to a life full of transformational learning. Thom has been mentoring and training all ages in Utah for over 10 years on leadership, personal connection and life transformation.

The Keystone Logo

The letters are created in stone with light and dark shades.

The symbol between the two words is called a vesica pieces or fish bladder.  It is created with two identical circles overlapping at their centers and sharing a radius.  The shared area has a glowing heart representing the love of God.  This inner shape has many meanings.  One of them is that it represents a doorway.  Many cathedrals have half of this shape over the doorway depicting the way to heaven is through these doors.  The worldly ideas on the outside and the spiritual teachings on the inside.  Another meaning for this shape is The Fall the pulling away from the whole or God and the wanting to return.  This pulling away creates a need for Jesus Christ and the atonement.  Many artists use this symbol when painting Jesus Christ.  Jesus comes through the door to assist those of us on earth and shows us the way to return back to God and His love through the door of the vesica pieces.

Do you do a "Power Hour"? What does it entail?

I focus on starting my day with 3 things. First I put $3.00 into an envelope. I started this on January 1st and have now accumulated $543 as of 06-30. Then I do the Plank Exercise for at least 3 minutes. This actually began in November 2013. My longest is 7:10 holding that position. Then I read for 30 minutes. as of today I have read 16 books. This jump-start helps to keep me focused on getting rid of the (K)notty words. I have instant savings success. Who has been your biggest influence in business?

As a young girl in Jr high and high school, I would hurry home to watch Oprah. She had a way of inspiring me, a small town Idaho girl. She shared herself with the world and they seemed to want more. It seemed there was nothing she couldn't do. I remember her talking about having these "ah ha" moments. I wanted an "ah ha" moment. I always knew deep inside of me there was a courageous and strong girl with a message and a story to tell.....I waited for that "ah ha" to show me the way! Needless to say it took longer than I thought or had planned. I love that Oprah was a woman pursuing her dreams and getting better and better every year at being more authentic.
