The One Product Every Business Needs To Survive An Online World with Robert Kennedy, III

Live Online Webinar Date: April 24, 2014 at 10:00am MDT
Brought to you by Wisdom Window

From the Desk of Robert: I’m an educator/trainer/coach at heart. I started a career out of college in the field of human services and worked there for 6 years. I learned a lot and even moved up to the position of Director in my last human services company but eventually learned that I was not ready for a long term career in that field. So, I moved in the field of teaching (strange story: my parents saw a video that I had done in my senior of college and felt that I would make a great teacher but they didn’t tell me this until about 8 years later. They felt that if they had told me, I would have just done the opposite anyway. Was I THAT rebellious?). I taught middle school English for about 5 months and then got a full time position as a high school science teacher. I did that for 7 years. I was nominated for the Who’s Who Among American Teachers by some students but I’m pretty sure that award was received by most of the teachers in the school since you have to PAY to be included. Maybe I should have paid.

While I was teaching, I started a web promotions company, Kay3Music.com, and a web design company, Kay 3 D-Zynes. I was great at interviewing and getting into places. I stunk at marketing so ultimately, the promotions company didn’t make much money. I was great at learning new code and new designs but was just really learning about managing projects and people. Oh, by the way, I stunk at marketing too, so while we had some great clients, the web design firm didn’t earn enough to continue growth. I was an online college faculty for two years but eventually got into instructional design and elearning development. I started RKCS Learning Solutions in 2009. I’m still not great at marketing but I’m learning that I don’t have to do it myself. There are actually people that get paid for this. Imagine that! As a part of my work with this company, I was able to complete my first book in 2012, Articulate Studio 09 Cookbook. This book was more technical in nature and related to a specific software.

In May 2013, I released 28 Days To A New Me: A Journey Of Commitment. I will be releasing the audiobook in Jan. 2014. I have been married to my wife, Nadia, for 12 years and we have 3 awesome kids. We currently reside in Baltimore County, Maryland. Some people say that they have free time, but I prefer to say that I make time to play basketball, softball, golf, as well as my keyboard and guitar. I have been a musician and music lover for as long as I can remember and currently serve as a Worship Leader in my church in Ashton, Maryland.  Come join us!

Be Your Own Champion with Krista Nebeker

Live Online Webinar Date: April 14th at 12:30pm

Brought to you by Wisdom Window

Krista Nebeker is a speaker, cancer guide, and a unique trainer. She is a captivating and dynamic speaker. She empowers her audience with the, "courage to conquer their challenges." She inspires them to embrace a life full of faith not fear. Krista has 12 years experience in the dental field, where she quickly learned about office dynamics. If the "team" isn’t happy, productivity suffers. Serving an LDS mission in Australia shaped her abilities and leadership skills even more. Being an entrepreneur at her core has driven her to such adventures as sales consultant and an MLM builder. The desire to create, gave her the ability to learn video editing and the courage to help launch "Jared Scott Outdoors," onto local T.V. programing. It was doing this project that lead her to know her passion was people, not her computer!

In 2008, Krista found Dressing Your Truth and certified as an Energy Profiler and Style Expert. She trained women in Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, Colorado and Oklahoma. She also spent a week training women in Australia. Cancer has been a reality in her life since she was just 14. Her father, a dynamic radio station owner and entrepreneur, died of liver cancer. This event has been the flame for her purpose and passion. It was her husband’s diagnosis of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in June of 2009, that put the fuel on her "fire." She was 7 months pregnant with their 4th boy, at the time. It was through these experiences that she created the foundation of her trainings and cancer guide programs. "When cancer enters your home you go into survival mode, when your baby decides to come breech, it then becomes helpless mode- I am not fond of either."

Drawing on her experiences in life and business, Krista put her innate gifts, her storehouse of knowledge, and fighting spirit into rebuilding her home in the "aftermath." There are 2 sides to this coin, her experience with losing and her knowledge of winning. You don’t have to have cancer to gain valuable insight from her webinars and trainings. Everyone has challenges, applying her core elements can help you over come any trial, like building your own business.

"It's About Time: get more done in less time, with less stress" with Nicole Carpenter of MomEntity

"It's About Time: get more done in less time, with less stress" with Nicole Carpenter of MomEntity!

Live Online Webinar Date: April 7th at 12:30pm

Nicole Carpenter believes in dreaming big. And she advocates every day for women — particularly mothers — to embrace their dreams. Nicole helps women lost in motherhood find their identity and chase their dreams while they still nurture their family. Nicole is a mother of four — a 9-year-old, 6-year-old and 3-year-old twins. When the twins were little, Nicole experienced a dark time when she looked around and loved her life but no longer loved herself in her life. Even though she understood she was very blessed, she still struggled with the idea that "being a mom" was it. She knew there were other dreams (the ones burning a hole through her heart) she could accomplish and still be a good mom.

Quickly she realized there were other moms just like her, struggling with the same battle between nurturing personal dreams and nurturing family. Her mission is to reach out to these moms and help them realize they can do both and teach them a process based on "6 MOM Resolutions" to make it happen. In 2012, Nicole founded MOMentity.com, a blog and online community for mothers (based on these MOM Resolutions) that reaches women in over 7 different countries. She also created the Define Your Time™ online time-management course to help women manage their schedule, balance their life and get more done. Nicole is a speaker, mentor and columnist for KSL.com.
